National Main Street Now is happening in Milan and Saline.

 

Attending the National Main Street Conference in Virginia was not possible for our communities this year. But we didn't want to miss an opportunity to learn, grow, and work together to better our communities. As such we are inviting stakeholders, business and property owners, and community leaders from Saline and Milan to our very own MAIN STREET NOW Conference. Together we will discuss innovative ideas, concepts and practices that can directly impact the economic development and revitalization of our neighboring communities. With an emphasis on the following topics:

• Non-motorized pathways connecting Saline and Milan

• Collaborative marketing and advertising

• Joint events & promotions

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

MORNING EVENTS all take place in Milan

​

• 9:30 - 10 AM: Registration and coffee / THE OWL (9 W. Main Street)

• 10 - NOON: Round table: discussion and prioritization of the BIG THREE topics (location to be announced)

 

AFTERNOON EVENTS all take place in Saline 

​

• 1:30 - 4 PM: Breakout sessions and development of project plans / 109 Cultural Exchange (109 W. Michigan Avenue)
