Be part of our 63-hour Marathon Marathon. That's how long it will take us to watch all seven seasons of Parks & Recreation.
As Chris Treager of Parks & Recreation said, “I have run 10 miles a day, every day, for 18 years. That’s 65 thousand miles. A third of the way to the moon. my goal is to run to the moon.”
We might not make it a third of the way to the moon, but you can be one of 189 runners to complete the 63-hour long marathon event. Each runner departs at 20 minute intervals starting at 6 AM on Thursday, September 24, with the last runner depating at 8:40 PM on Saturday, September 26.
It's a short two-mile loop but feel free to keep running after you complete your loop. By the time the Marathon Marathon ends, 189 people will have run 378 miles during a continue 63-hour period.
It's fun and it's a fundraiser for Milan Main Street to help our businesses and downtown recover from the impact of COVID-19.
Pick a time slot and register now to be part of this fun and one-of-a-kind running event.
